We accept returns and issue full refunds for items affected by transit damage, seal breakage, container leakage, drum puncturing, or chemical spillage occurring before or during freight delivery.
✕ Strict No Exchange Policy
No Chemical Exchanges Permitted. To prevent cross-contamination, guarantee chemical purity, and maintain regulatory safety standards, opened or delivered chemical containers cannot be exchanged for alternate grades, concentrations, or SKUs once dispatched.

- Take photos or a short video showing the damaged container, unbroken batch label, and area of leakage or spillage.

- Alternatively, email details and LR/transporter bill to support@risprilabs.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our safety and logistics team will inspect the claim and initiate a free return pickup & full refund.
